As traditional today as when it was made by Carwyn's Great Great Grandmothers Lizzie Wyn and Leisa Jones. Caws Cenarth fresh creamy Caerffili curds are aged for up to 6 weeks in 3kg rounds and are allowed to grow natural molds on the rind. The texture is loose and slightly crumbly with a flavor that is delicate on the palate but moreish enough for you to reach out for more.
