About this item
Our mongers have returned from beyond the sea with tales of the Allgäu, a mountainous region at the heart of Bavarian dairy country. Join us for an evening merriment, as we recant the stories of helpful robots, inter-dairy rivalries, and 24-hour cheese vending machines.
We will honor the cycle of the seasons as it relates to dairy, and the centuries of traditional cheese in the German countryside. Prost!
This class will feature a flight of five German cheeses with a wine pairing for each.
(Listen, we get it. Everyone's all about the beer this time of year. But Germans drink wine too y'know!)

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES
YOU MUST HAVE A PRE-PAID RESERVATION TO ATTEND CHEESE CLASS!!!
We cannot accommodate last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.
Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate parties larger than 6. When purchasing tickets, please use the Comments section to list friends with whom you would like to sit.
We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for NO SHOWS to the classes. Please email mollyl@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
