Produced at the Mountain Dairy Fritzenhaus in Switzerland by 3-time world champion cheesemaker Michael Sphycher. It bested 2,978 entries in the 2022 World Championship Cheese Contest! Aged for 12 months, this cheese is an Alpine delight. Nutty, fruity, smooth and perfectly snackable.
"The mountain dairy Fritzenhaus, where I produce the Gruyère and Hornbacher with my wife and our team, belongs to the farmers. Our cheese dairy is an official Le Gruyère AOP cheese dairy, located a bit further away from the classic production area and is therefore also called a “satellite dairy”.
