Though cheese is in our name, we get equally excited about the wide-ranging world of cured meats. Just in time for Father’s Day and celebrating the dads and father figures in your life, we are featuring an all-stare lineup of cured meats alongside two beers and a hunk of our favorite cheddar.
Please note: Items will not be available for pick-up until Thursday, June 17th.
For this special tasting, we are going to explore some of the different traditions around curing hams around the world. So join us as we snack on some cured meats and cheddar and tell some stories, all over a few beers!
How the virtual class will work:
- TASTING KITS: Each order will feature four cured meats, a cut of cheddar, crackers and two beers per person.
- PICK-UP: Tasting kits will be available for pick-up after 11am on Thursday, June 17th from 5004 Prytania Street.
- ZOOM: The morning of your class, we will send you an email that includes a Zoom link and password to join the class. A few minutes before the class starts, open the email and click on the Zoom link. Need help with Zoom? Click here. - THE CLASS: The class will start promptly at 7pm and will last approximately 60-75 minutes. The format of the class will feature St. James Cheese Company Cheesemongers Molly Bourg and Sylvia Brasuell. Audience questions and comments are encouraged!
