July weather calls for refreshing mixed drinks. And nothing says summer quite like a rum based cocktail!

Roulaison Distilling specializes in small batches, pushing the creative limits of rum making by infusing with local ingredients. They've received awards from the American Distilling Institute for their work.

This class will feature a flight of four cheeses, with a rum based cocktail for each.

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class. We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:
