Aged 5 years, Hook’s cheddar is wonderfully sharp, but not too sharp, and still retains a hint of sweet and creamy flavors. Crumbly and a little smooth in texture. This cheddar is the perfect balance between over-the-top sharp and young and creamy.

For over thirty years, Tony and Julie Hook have been making cheese in Wisconsin. Many artisan cheeses and awards later, the Hooks now make cheese from their Mineral Point location in southwestern Wisconsin.
