Cremoso al Tartufo

Created by Master Cheesemaker Vincent Christophe. This is a unique Italian cheese creation using a 90-day aged Gorgonzola Dolce as the base. The cheese is then mixed with black summer truffles and cream and allowed to infuse for 15 days. The cheese is then topped with shaved black truffles. It is creamy, fluffy and intensely smooth with a mild blue flavor mixed with truffles and a sweet finish. It is incredibly hard to stop yourself from eating it in one sitting!
