OCTOBER 30th: British Cheese and Local Beer! With special guests, Parleaux Brewing.
About this item
While many continental European nations have shared cheesemaking techniques over the centuries, the isolation of the British Isles has created some distinctly separate cheeses. The United Kingdom is the motherland of Cheddar, Stilton, Gloucester, Wensleydale, and many other ancestral cheeses.
Parleaux Beer Lab is a Marigny based operation that specializes on native cultures and experimental flavors!
This class will feature a flight of five cheeses with a local beer pairing for each.
