About this item

Some might know the Piedmont region for its robust wines, but this territory is also a bastion of Italian cheesemaking. We'll be featuring a decadent selection from Caseificio Dell'Alta Langa, a Piedmont powerhouse that specializes in soft mixed milk cheeses. Throw in some lovely Italian wines and we're in for a buona serata!

This class will feature a tasting flight of five cheeses paired with five wines.

PLEASE INCLUDE IN NOTES SECTION IF YOU PLAN TO SIT WITH SOMEONE ELSE ATTENDING THE CLASS. 

YOU MUST HAVE A PRE-PAID RESERVATION TO ATTEND CHEESE CLASS!!!
We cannot accommodate last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate parties larger than 6. When purchasing tickets, please use the Comments section to list friends with whom you would like to sit.

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for NO SHOWS to the classes. Please email mollyl@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
