A raw grass-based cow's milk cheese, made in the style of a Pyrenees tomme, but with a Georgia twist. The curds are soaked in Terminus Porter from Gate City Brewing in Roswell Georgia. The addition of porter adds chocolatey, malty notes to the cheese. Like its brother Thomasville Tomme, it's a perfect table cheese, perfect for snacking, melting, or cooking. An easy cheese for anyone, but especially the beer lover!
