Each summer, the American Cheese Society puts on the biggest cheese party in America and judges hundreds of American cheeses in many categories. Richard had the honor of being a judge this year at the competition in Denver. The top three winners were:
1st Place: Tarentaise Reserve, Farms for City Kids Foundation/Spring Brook Farm, VT
2nd Place: St. Malachi, Farm at Doe Run, PA
3rd Place: Harbison, Cellars at Jasper Hill, VT
