Stevie grew up in the cheese making land of Wisconsin and steadily roamed south, always searching for a way to consume great cheese on the cheap. She eventually found herself at St. James Cheese Company in New Orleans, sufficiently South and surrounded by the best cheese St. James can get their hands on. She manages St. James Wholesale department, attempting to spread her love of great cheese and cheesemakers to the culinary giants of the city. You could call her the Big Cheesy of the Big Easy.
