Ever wondered what it takes to be a cheesemonger? This class offers a peek into the St. James cheesemonger training curriculum. We’ll be covering the 9 (that’s right 9) major cheese families and diving into what makes each one unique! Navigating artisan cheese shops can be intimidating, so we’re here to give you the lingo to ask for what you enjoy. 

This class will feature a flight of 9 cheeses.

Please note: Because the cheese is the focus, alcohol is not included in the cost of this class. We will have beer and wine available à la carte.

PLEASE INCLUDE IN NOTES SECTION IF YOU PLAN TO SIT WITH ANOTHER PARTY ATTENDING THE CLASS OR IF YOU HAVE ANY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. 

YOU MUST HAVE A PRE-PAID RESERVATION TO ATTEND CHEESE CLASS!!!
We cannot accommodate last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate parties larger than 6. When purchasing tickets, please use the Comments section to list friends with whom you would like to sit.

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for NO SHOWS to the classes. Please email molly@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
